wednesday;spent mostly with netball ppl
aghh.training is getting tougher and tougher yo.
didnt bring the big water container..whoa cham:X
do 5 sets.one set includes ten sprints to and fro the court,twenty step-ups,ten crunches,push-ups,back raisers.
continuously eh.i finish really piang on the floor lor):
after training went parkway macs to plan the byebye chalet party for seniors(:
wahahaha the speech and present is like so nice kan.
thursday;went for amelia dad's wake.
at first abit the scared cos i nv go wakes before but i really wanted to be there for her so i went
bussed back with weikang and james.i tell you,they are really CRAZY people:X
friday;netball in morning and afternoon.
whoa.another yao si de training.beep test.an i didnt clear it!!):
super not satisfied with my 5.2 result cos i know i didnt tried my best.
i really hope i have a place in the team but if i dont,i have no one to blame but myself loh.slacked off so much:X
went parkway with glenda,vanessa,germaine,belle,jasmine,katzrine.lunch at kfc,wah i so cham they buly me like?

went home aft,collapse on the floor and fell asleep ahaas.reallly tired oh.
prayer meeting at night.AWESOME.the presence of god was so tangible!but when i wanted to pray out for kc revival,move on to next topic le:Xboohoo.hahas nvm pray on my own(:

really thanks alot for everything you have done for me.i rmb i entered church around same time as you but i backslided and YOU were the one who never gave up on me and pulled me back.
you followed up on me and all the friends i brought into chc.you sacrificed your time for me to go don to pasir ris! just to give me and dengyun bible study! you also talked to my mother everytime i had disagreements with her. wow i really love you alot alot lorh.dont worry,i will DEFINITELY stand with you in this race and run it with you!
