one circuit consist of:
-one flight of steps.
1.up,up(left,right)
2.two steps up
3.three steps up
4.two legs hop
5.one leg hop
6.the other leg hop
7.up,up,down,down
-ten pushups,backraisers,crunches.(after evry steps thing)

then drills.
trained the young ones,mrs lim assigned
two sec ones to me to explain rules and game.
